We are grateful that you took the time to share your information and become part of a growing community that believes that no one should face cancer alone. Whether you are a survivor, caregiver, healthcare professional, advocate, family member, friend, or simply someone with a heart to serve, your presence here matters.
Through this village, we will create a space where stories are shared, resources are exchanged, encouragement is offered, and hope is restored. Together, we can remind those facing a cancer diagnosis that they are seen, supported, and surrounded by people who care.

A Little About Me
My name is Lisa Howard, founder of The Image of Grace.
In December 2013, I was diagnosed with Stage III Multiple Myeloma, an incurable blood cancer. What followed was a journey filled with treatments, clinical trials, an autologous stem cell transplant, faith, prayer, and perseverance. Through it all, I discovered the incredible power of community, advocacy, and storytelling.
Ten years after my first diagnosis, I received the news that I would have to battle cancer yet again. While the road has not always been easy, that experience reinforced my commitment to helping others feel seen, heard, and supported throughout their own journeys. It also strengthened my dedication to ensuring that no one walks this journey feeling alone.
As a cancer survivor, photographer, speaker, and patient advocate, I have devoted my life to helping others navigate the cancer experience. I have had the privilege of working with survivors, healthcare organizations, researchers, and community groups to amplify patient voices and increase awareness.
The Village of Grace Community is an extension of that mission. I see it as a place where we learn from one another, celebrate victories big and small, support one another through challenges, and remind each other that grace can be found even in life's most difficult moments.
